EVERY shoe has a story. Forreal. I don't know how else to say it. I think Im a shoe hoarder. Those are the only things that I can't get rid of.  I almost feel like a funky shoe can take you to the end of the earth. EVEN these:

 So my homie told be there is a 0% chance she can guarantee that she can act like she knows me if I wear these in public.  That's ok. Really, its ok.  If you're familiar with the brand Go Max evidently this is a brand you can ONLY find at stores like Mar-Shalls, Wear De Amiclub, Lovemyshoes.com(no way I could jooj that name), and Zapatos De Barefeet. I don't care. In 2010, Im convinced I can somehow redo these boots to make them into somethin that they arent............or used to be. Hrmnnnnnnn. Homegirl is goin to be like "WHERE DID YOU GET THOSE? I want some."  ........Too LATE! Watch. I refuse to give these away.




 These are not dolce vitas perpetrating on top that  dolce vita box. More like Antonio de Mikael a.k.a. michael antonio. ANYWAY. As cute and comfy as these look they are soooooooooo not. I toook these to Miami two years ago as my comfy shoes. NOT! My pinkie toe has not been the same off these shoes. They look harmless but I feel like I've been lied to.  This post is to remind me that I need to buy some pinkie toe cushions for these.  Still cute but so not comfy.







 I don't unnastand. My pinkie toe and my ankles and flats don't mix. What the entire freak. These are some orange All Black flats that are more recent.  My achillies bones are still traumatized. I remember walking in the direction of the bus with these.(somethin' people in Chicago do when the bus decides not to come on schedule.) and  I had to stop at a CVS  and buy some offbrand band aids so I could catch my dam bus. I. Was. Bleeding. People. I don't think I've tried to catch the bus since. Tryin to be conducive to the earth and shit, humph, no ma'am, not again. Hoity toity ass All Black brand ass shoes. Don't trip, I did get them on Clearance. They are too cute too. Im actually waiting for a special occasion where I have to wear some that are SO uncomforable that these are a relief.

These are some joints I got in brazil in 2002. Two thousand and Two! I dont even like slingbacks but these are too cool. They even have rain spots on 'em.  Nostalgic. I think I might redo these though.  add some spikes and straps or somethin. Sadly, I have a real emotional connection with these. Sorry Goodwill.




These are from  a line called Os Pés Descalços a.k.a Barefeet Shoes. Sounds so much sexier in Portuguese. I went to see Buju Banton's last show in Chicago before the 'incident' in these  Oh. Em. Gee. The absolutely last time he was in Chicago before he got locked up for his current situation, I wore these.   I felt like I was walking on bovine gristle. Really. They hurted me so bad. Me and the big homie had to take a cab for a two block walk.  I kid you not.  My girl was sick with something that seemed like pneumonia and my feet hurt like I had been rollerskating barefoot on concrete. He put on the best show ever and it was free. That was 3 or 4 years ago. Ive tried wearing these with inserts since then and yeah, they still hurt like hell. But they are still going to be mine forever.  I got ideas to freak these out too.

My momma got these Tano joints at the resale spot.  Somehow I ganked them as I usually do. hehehe.  They are currently sitting in my leather repair pile waiting to get resoled.  I wore these to pieces, literally. I think a piece of the heel sole is in my car. I wore these EVERYwhere last winter and fall.  Cognac is good for shoes. For drinks? I don't do brown liquor.





Via Spiga put their foot in these boots. They are in the "Fix me cause I'm leather" pile.  Patent leather with holes at the bottom.  I'm so sad about these it not even funny.  Really. If the shoe man cant fix these, Im........I dont know. I try not to think about it.b I should wear them this summer since snow compromises the condition of the situation of my favorite boots.  Do you see the suede at the top? I wore these 6 months straight. They go with everything and my heart will be broken if they arent fixable.

So I bought this skirt from the thrift store with this dope design on it. Its absolutely too long for me though. I didn't want to mess it up trying to hem it up just yet. I wanted to try it as an under skirt to a solid skirt before I cut and hemmed it.  I like this look so much that I might just not....hem it.

Forreal. As much as I hate Old Navy for their asinine pricing and sweatshop tomfoolery, I cant front. I found these jeans for .97 cents. I've already started distressing these but I got a long way to go. I sliced them up with a razor. Pumice stone is next. Im so proud of myself. Yay. Finally. One leg is before and the other is after. Ooooo I'll never find another pair of jeans like Theeus. So you better represent Cause my jeans are the shit. The bomb baybee. Bomb baybee.

Its a goal of mine to use ALL of my lotions. I will not buy anymore until I do this. Compared to some I don't have many but I have too many that I havent paid any mind for some years. Actually a lot of mine have(had) different purposes but I wont use them cause either I didn't like the consistency or they just didn't work for my ashy ass. Like I got the pink peony joint from Marshall's for the low-low. Its ONLY for smell good purposes because its squirts out the pump like water. The French Lavender lotion came in a B-Day gift basket and is like water too.

 
I got some Jason's lotion in my purse that has gotta be 75% water too. Never again whole foods, no ma'am,  but Im gonna use every drop of that badboy. Victoria's Secret, jeesh. I don't see how people like these lotions. Its like quickie lotion. You get no lasting moisturization or softenizing but you do smell like sexy time for 15-20 whole minutes. You know, that Dream Angels Heavenly by VS does last a while but it sets off my alergies every time.  Its not much left in that bottle so I think Im about to so get my sneeze on. Oh that Banana Boat Faces PLUS(aw shit!) is actually the bomb, I don't know why Ive been neglecting this one for so many years. Yes years.  My hands are about to be SPFd out 24/7 once I get done with the Jason's. Imma try mixing that Jason's with some vaseline.....naw some kind of oil. SOMETHIN. I think it'd hydrate me better if I drank it, jeez louise.
Awe Snap, I surely forgot about the Cream of Nature hand lotion that came with some perm I bought at least 3 years ago.  Then I got about 3/4 Mary kay sample sized lotions that I bought from a friend when she was getting her hustle on. Anyway, Im gonna use all these joints.


This is really a vent because I want to buy some some more of this, but I cant justify spending 10 bucks on 3 oz. of lotion. It is the BUSINESS though. I might try to make my own abbreviated version to see how it comes out cause my heels were the bomb.  ALL day. Regular ass shea butter doesnt do me the same.  Anybody out there ever grind up their own mango seeds? How'd that work out? Still got all your digits? And that vaseline lotion (3 years old) ain't about shit for a playa (c)Arrah btw.

But other random shit keeps coming up that I feel like I need to vent about. Like how  I only survived through only 50% of my workout DVD today with my Billy boo. I love Billy cause he whips my ass everyday and I love it. He be having some of the most extravagant outfits and every time I workout I notice somethin new.  He was touchin one of the girls on her bootie and inner thigh today trying to point out the areas to concentrate on. You ain't slick Billy! Of course that reminded me of Norbit.

So yeah, Very Volatile is the business. Don't mind my Billy Bands on the side. I think these sandals are called Katrina, Kantika, Kanisha, somethin with a K. Ill go grab em and update later. But anyway I love these shoes and bought them and have absolutely no where to act a fool in them. So guess what? I decided that all my shoes that I love that I havent worn yet?!......will be worn at the house. By myself. They are very saucy so I have to be careful of what kind of shorts Imma wear with em. This is my first time trying the wing thing. To be honest up close it looked kind of suspect. But I think I kinda like it. Thanks to youtubers xxTheIslandBeautyxx and FashionElites for inspiration. I watched countless youtube makeup vids to kind of get a feel for what I wanted. Hopefully I can recreate this with some other colors when I go out. yay!

I was debating on whether to say where I got them from cuz sometimes I don't like blowin up my spots but EVERYBODY knows about Charlotte Russe. I used to not like Charlotte Russe AT ALL. I always thought their prices were inflated for what they were offering......and then I discovered their shoes. I think I can only wear their sandals though, my feet are wide. ANYWAY. Back to these earrings. $4 and I don't think Ive felt this way about a pair of earrings in a while. I've had em for about a month or so and I just noticed when i was taking these pics that those are hearts on the panther's forehead. who knew. Or do I need glasses? All I know is I had to talk myself out of wearing these the other day cause they just weren't conducive to my ensemble. Oh, and don't know if you can tell from the picture but I have mini lobes and these are perfect. I lub them.
